01. I am not my character. Ryouji's IC actions and views do not necessarily reflect my OOC actions and views. I am another person on the other side of the screen, roleplaying just like you. Treat me as such.02. Please be 21+ years of age. Please be playing a character that is 21+ years of age. I want no chance of catching a charge. Nor should you. When angered or pushed to the point of stress, those around him might notice the air around him gets tense with static levin as it threatens to arc off of him in his moments of reduced control.
❇ Abundant Aether: Ryouji must make daily effort to use or drain his aether. Else over time he will experience overload symptoms.

_{- Ryouji has made a bit of a name for himself reading tarot, delivering portents, and giving guidance. He can be found working at The Drunken Harlot on Monday nights. He also works as a manager there. Sometimes as a bard also. Ryouji's clients will tell you that he is rarely completely off the mark. He practices an unofficially-officially frowned upon form of divination which digs through the past to better inform what signs he is seeing of the tangled flow of fate. Though, deep enough dives will cause him undue aetheric stress. So this is something he only does for those close to him.}

_{Ryouji is one of the first "partial successes" of the Garlean Hyperresonance projects. His anima was broken and now it draws more aether than needed to sustain his corporeal form. Oh... and disbalanced toward Lightning. At last measurement he can carry about 9x the aether of a normal person. Because of these experiments he has a very weak form of the Echo; a proof of concept, really.}

As a published scholar at Old Sharlayan, his work dives into practical applications of Astromancy outside of divination and healing... a sect of the field that is often viewed with great scrutiny, for the Astrologians in the early years of the Dragonsong War performed unspeakable magicks. Of course, he reads about these things in the restricted section of the Noumenon under special advisement from his supervisor... whom is being paid a great sum of gil to make is to Ryouji can even get into the restricted section. Ryouji plans to blend Alchemy and Astromancy together to create an elixir unlike any other...}
